EUT-1001C Ultrasonic Flaw Detection System offers you an ultrasonic flaw detector of high sensitivity and high resolution with wide band. When high penetration with strong emission and high sensitivity with narrow band shake hands, it provides good detection for large and heavy test piece like big forgings, castings, and composite materials. When high penetration with weak emission and wide band shake hands, it provides excellently high resolution for micro cracks with narrow pulse transducers. The good performance enables this instrument to be used for crack inspection of composite materials and bonding structure components in fields of aviation, aerospace, auto parts and so on.
KEY FEATURES
· Widely used in the detection of internal defects of metal, non-metal, and composite materials. Ultrasonic pulse echo and pulse penetration methods are usually used to inspect debonding, hole, porosity and so on.
· With quite high of transmitting pulse amplitude (Up≥600V), quite steep of front edge rise time (tr≤15ns) , quite low of effective output impedance (that is the load capacity is quite strong), EUT-1001C has very high sensitivity and very high resolution.
· With outstanding advantages of high input impedance, bandwidth, high signal-to-noise, and high fidelity of echo. It can be used not only for high-sensitivity flaw detection of large forgings, but also for high-resolution inspection of aircraft and auto parts.
· The 15m testing range enables to observe the shaft end echo of the 600,000-kilowatt rotor.
· Various measurement methods of gates enables more accurate location. The waveform widening of gate b/c gives details of echo analysis.
· It is designed with replay function to record and store the dynamic waveform for long time, which makes it much more convenient for storage, analysis and remote diagnosis.
· B scan imaging can be showed on the screen with A/B scan.
· Has strict control for temperature drift and long-time running drift.
· The high performance transmitting system can effectively excite the high frequency narrow pulse probe of 10-20MHz and obtain the echo pulse with sufficiently high amplitude and relatively small ringing period.
· The 0.5-20MHz wideband receiving system amplifies the echo pulse from the high-frequency narrow pulse sensor and sends it to the digital circuit for further processing. And the 3-20MHz requency range helps to higher the near field resolution for2.5mm*Φ0.4mm flat-bottom hole.
· The instrument adopts man-machine dialogue interface, which is easy to understand and operate.
· Enables to image, play back, analyze for stored data, and to generate and print the report.
· Report with testing paramters and testing data can be made in PDF/EXCEL/WORD format, which can be called out to show the signal of the whole testing.
· The scanning data can be transmitted via network port or USB port, and the computer imaging analysis software can be used to realize the computer management of the testing results.
· With the rapid development of computer technology, this machine has faster signal processing speed, wider frequency range, better probe compatibility, larger storage capacity, higher intelligence, more reasonable interface design.
