Tank bottom inspection system is designed to check and measure corrosion and thickness decrease of tank bottom plate. The system improves the complete inspection process with industrial touch integrated computer, reliable and stable performance, high sensitivity and high efficiency. The structure is optimized with embedded system module, six-wheeled design and new arm structure.

Calibration
Calibration for different thickness of sample plates can be saved for future use. Calibration can also be made on site.
Top and Bottom Discrimination
With the first use of MELF technology, Tank-4000SME MFL/ECT/Video tank bottom inspection system enables to discriminate top side and bottom side, to improve the inspection accuracy, and to help engineers to make the best maintenance plan.
Deviation Rectification
Deviation rectification is used to avoid inspection deviation caused by obstacle on the scanning way. The deviation data is processed and then is automatically filters out by C scan imaging. The obstacle area is marked in grey.
Video Inspection
720P Hd video inspection is available to capture the inspection area.
Floormap Drawing
Designed with mapping software, the map of bottom plate can be made before testing, and called out at any time. It can also be made or revised on site.
Inspection Report Output
An editable inspection report is automatically created to simplify the post process and to improve efficiency.
